Registration
Participation in the conference is free of charge, including accommodation and food. However, travel expenses are not covered by the organizational funds.
Registration is open to anyone, but the number of participants is limited. Due to this, approval will be determined based on the abstract submitted (except for the invited speakers). Some of the topics will be selected for a short talk. Please note that upon approval, the participants are expected to present either a poster or a short talk.
We would also like to ask the invited speakers to attach an abstract of their planned talk.
We will notify you whether your application has been accepted as soon as possible.
